Vacant Land
Is now the time to buy land? Absolutely!
Land has begun to increase rather sharply in value since the lows of the recession. both lots and acreage have increased in value, especially in pockets surrounding developing rural areas such as Hartland, Oceola, Genoa, Marion & Green Oak Townships – the closer to the main highways the better.
Hot areas include properties adjacent to M-59, County Farm, Coon Lake Road, D-19, Chilson, I-96 and US-23. Land is a becoming more scarce as the Livingston County population has begun to grow rather rapidly in the past 4 years. As an investment, buying and holding land may be beneficial to your portfolio.
Is it a good time to build? With the cost of materials on the rise, now may be the best time to build in the foreseeable future. Materials have increase steadily over the past 4 years. and the trend is likely to continue.
Call Sam Gerardi to help you find and purchase land all over Livingston and surrounding areas.
